We're very sorry if water is not flowing through your taps as normal.

This is due to multiple burst mains in the area. We are currently on site working hard to isolate these mains to prevent further flooding. Once this has been done, we can work on a best plan of action to carry out the repairs safely.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we'll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
