We continue to deal with a burst pipe in between The Croft and Wichelstowe, sorry if your water isn’t flowing properly at the moment because of this.

We’re working to control the flow of water from the burst pipe, and a specialist repair team are making their way to the area. Once on site, they’ll dig down to the damaged section of pipe and decide how best to fix it.

While we work to complete the repair, we’re using tankers and adjusting the network to bring water in from other areas, so as many customers as possible can turn on their taps again.

We hope to have your water back to normal over the next few hours. If the supply isn’t returned within 12 hours, we’ll arrange for an alternative as soon as we can. This may include opening a support station to hand out free bottled water.

We know how inconvenient it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
