We’re continuing to deal with a burst water main on Mount Park Road, W5, and we’re sorry if your tap water hasn’t been running as it should.

The affected postcodes are: TW5, TW7, W3, W5, W7 and W13.

We've nearly fixed the broken pipe and will then be cleaning the network to ensure your water meets the highest quality standards before we put things back to normal. While this work is going on, we’ve rerouted water through the network to help maintain supply. Most customers should now have water, although some may still notice lower pressure during peak times.

As a precaution, water tankers are on-site to pump extra water into the network where needed.

We understand how disruptive it is to lose your water supply, and we’re working hard to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

You may notice increased noise and activity while we carry out repairs. We’ll be working overnight but will do our best to keep disruption to a minimum. For safety, road traffic management is in place—please allow extra time if you’re travelling in the area.
