We’re really sorry if you’re currently experiencing issues with your water supply.
A pump at one of our local pumping stations tripped, causing a temporary disruption. Our teams have since reset the pumps, and they are now back in operation.
Water supply should be returning to normal for those affected. However, it may take a couple of hours for water pressure to fully stabilise, depending on your location.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, and we’ll work hard to restore your supply as soon as possible.
