OX16 & OX17 - North Bar Street

We’re currently dealing with a burst pipe on North Bar Street, OX16. This may be causing low water pressure or a temporary loss of supply in your area. We’re really sorry if your taps aren’t running as they should.

Our team has already brought the flow under control, and a specialist repair crew is on the way. Once on site, they’ll dig down to the damaged section and assess the best way to complete the repair safely.

In the meantime, we’ve rerouted water through other parts of the network to restore supply. Your water should be back on shortly, though it may take a couple of hours for pressure to return to normal, depending on your location.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we'll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
