No water or low pressure

We are currently aware of a burst water main on Burwell Drive, OX28 that is causing low pressures or a loss of supply. We're very sorry that water is not flowing through your taps as normal.
Our specialist repair team are on site and are currently digging down to the damaged section of the pipework. Once they have done this, they will be working overnight on the repair.
In the meantime, we have rerouted water from other areas of the network to keep water flowing through your taps. You may also notice the presence of our clean water tankers.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we'll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
