We're sorry if your water isn't flowing from your taps at the moment. Our teams are on site at Oxford Road where we have a burst water pipe.

Tankers are pumping additional water into the pipes and we have rerouted water around the area to keep as many as possible in supply. Whilst the tankers are changing over there may be periods where the pressure will fluctuate. Once we have fixed the broken pipe things will return to normal. Sorry for any disruption caused.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we'll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
