We’re currently dealing with a burst water main on Mount Park Road, W5. Sorry if your tap water wasn’t flowing properly this morning.

Affected postcodes are: TW5, TW7, W3, W5, W7 & W13

Our teams are working around the clock to fix the damaged pipe. In the meantime, we’ve rerouted water through the network to help keep customers in supply. Most properties should now have water, although some may still experience low pressure.

As a precaution, water tankers are in the area to pump additional water into the network if needed.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply and we’re working hard to return things to normal as quickly as possible.

You may notice increased noise and activity while we carry out the repair. We will be working overnight but will do our best to minimise disruption. For safety reasons, road traffic management is in place. Please allow extra time if travelling nearby.
