Customer repair offer

If your supply pipe leak isn’t covered under your home emergency cover or insurance and you can’t pay a professional privately, we may be able to help by fixing it for free.

There are a few things we'll need your help with before we can carry out the repair:

  • We’ll need to have the homeowner’s permission to complete the work
  • If we need access to your neighbour’s property, please arrange this in advance
  • If you’re on a shared supply, we’ll need permission from everyone before we start the work

We can repair your supply pipe up to where it enters your building, but we won’t fix pipework underneath a building. For example, if you live in a flat, we’ll fix the supply pipe to the point it enters the main building (point of entry), but not all the way to your individual flat.

Pipes within property boundary are property owner's responsibility. Pipes outside boundary are water company's responsibility.
