Why our prices are changing

To keep delivering top-quality water to your taps and take your wastewater away safely, from 1 April 2026 our prices will increase.

We know paying more for your services isn’t ideal, and it’s never a decision we take lightly. But our price increase is essential for our biggest upgrade in 150 years.

This means hundreds of miles of stronger, more durable pipes that will last for generations.

Visit our frequently asked questions page for more information on changes to our charges.
