Paying your bill

We've got different payment options to suit everyone's needs. Whether paying in full or by instalments, it's important you can pay your bill in the way that suits you.

Payment plans

To split your bill into instalments, you can set up a payment plan. This gives you the flexibility to choose how and when you pay, including the date, frequency and method of payment.

If you don't set up a payment plan, you'll need to pay your bill in full within 14 days of receiving it.

Our most popular payment plan is Direct Debit.

Direct Debit

With a monthly Direct Debit, we take payments automatically, so you never miss a bill.

Set up a Direct Debit

If you need someone else to authorise a Direct Debit before it can leave your bank account, please complete our Direct Debit instruction form.

To cancel a Direct Debit, contact your bank. You'll need to set up a new payment method to pay your outstanding balance.

If you prefer not to use Direct Debit you can still set up a plan and pay in instalments by card, cash or a way that suits you. To set up or amend your payment plan log in to your online account.

Other ways to pay

You can pay your bill in full, or agreed instalments, using any of the following methods. We accept all major cards, except American Express.

Remember to allow time for payments to clear, as they can take up to five working days.
