Wastewater charges

We provide only wastewater services to some of our customers. How you're billed will be dependent on whether you:

You might receive a combined bill from your clean water company or two separate ones. If you're unsure who supplies your water, you can check this on the Water UK website.

Another company might supply your clean water based on where you live such as:

Affinity Water logo

Affinity Water supplies a range of areas including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and more.

Essex and Suffolk Water logo

Essex and Suffolk Water supplies water to northeast of England and parts of Essex and Suffolk.

SES water logo

SES Water supplies water to parts of Surrey, Kent and South London.

South East Water logo

South East Water supplies water to the Southeast of England.

Southern Water logo

Southern Water supplies water to East and West Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Anglian Water logo

Anglian Water supplies water to customers in the East of England and Hartlepool.

Severn Trent logo

Severn Trent supplies water from the Bristol Channel to the Humber, and from the Welsh border to the East Midlands.

Reduce your wastewater bill

If you have a water meter and can prove that more than 10% of the water you use doesn’t return to our sewers, you can apply to reduce your bill. You can also apply for a reduction of your wastewater charges if you have a separate surface water drain.
