Paying your bill

Pay in instalments

To split your bill into instalments, you can set up a payment plan. This gives you the flexibility to choose how and when you pay, including the date, frequency and method of payment.

If you don't set up a payment plan, you'll need to pay your bill in full within 14 days of receiving it.

Direct Debit

Monthly Direct Debit is our most popular payment plan because we take payments automatically, so you never miss a bill.

Set up a Direct Debit

If you need someone else to authorise a Direct Debit before it can leave your bank account, please complete our Direct Debit instruction form.

To cancel a Direct Debit, contact your bank. You'll need to set up a new payment method to pay your outstanding balance.

Other types of payment plan

If you prefer not to use Direct Debit you can still set up a plan and pay in instalments by card, cash or a way that suits you. Log in to your online account to set up or amend your payment plan.

How to pay
