In September 2023, Ofwat published its annual water company performance report. This report classified us as one of seven companies whose performance is ‘lagging behind’.
This Service Commitment Plan sets out what we’re doing to improve our performance in areas where we know our performance is currently falling short of expectations.
We’ve made sure that our refocused plan is underpinned by greater financial discipline. We’re committed to delivering maximum value from every pound we spend for our customers and the environment.
