Our service commitment plan

In October 2024, Ofwat published its annual water company performance report (WCPR). We're pleased that Ofwat has recognised the improvements we've made over the last year. Our rating has been upgraded to ‘average’ in 2024 from ‘lagging behind’ in 2023. We were one of four companies to improve their WCPR rating. This shows our turnaround plan is having a positive impact.

This Service Commitment Plan (SCP) sets out:

• What we’re doing to improve our performance
• More information on our turnaround plan
• How we'll maintain performance improvements through our proposed AMP8 plans (subject to change)

The SCP was last updated on 31 January 2025, after Ofwat’s Final Determination on 19 December 2024.
