Every year, we produce an annual performance report. This meets the regulatory accounting guidelines issued by our regulator, Ofwat.
The reports explain how we're performing as a business. We also provide an update on our performance commitments. These measure the level of service provided for a particular outcome. We publish these results annually, every summer.
