Pay by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a quick and hassle-free way to pay your bill, either in one go or over several months. As payments will leave your account automatically, all you need to do is pick:
- how often you’d like to pay
- what day of the month you’d like to pay
- when you’d like payments to start
and we’ll do the rest. Payment will reach your Thames Water account in a matter of hours.
If your payments need to change, we’ll let you know. You’re always protected by our Direct Debit Guarantee.
Pay by card online
Paying online is quick, simple and secure. To make a payment, just:
- Login if you have an existing online account
- Set up an online account now
- Complete our online payment form
We accept all major debit and credit cards except for those registered outside of the UK and American Express. Please allow up to five working days for payment to clear. You may be asked to enter a password if you’re registered with 'Verified by Visa' or 'MasterCard SecureCode’.
Pay by bank transfer
Set up and manage your payments using your bank’s telephone, online or remote banking service. Simply provide them with the following information:
Your payment reference: Your account number, which is on the front of your bill (we need this to allocate your payment to your account)
