Your water, your say
On 30 November 2023, we held our second virtual 'Your water, your say' meeting.
We were pleased to share more about our business plan for 2025 to 2030 and answer any questions on the topics most important to you.
At the start of October 2023, we submitted our detailed proposed plan to our regulator Ofwat for assessment, following series of consultations part of which was also our first 'You water, your say' event. See a summary of our plan online.
We're thankful to all our customers, community groups and stakeholders from across the region that attended the events and helped shape our plans.
You can view a copy of the presentation shown during the meeting.
We’ll be publishing a written report from the meeting in the coming weeks.
You can find out more about 'Your water, your say' meeting from Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
Previous meeting
Every five years, we set new priorities to best deliver our water and wastewater services. As part of the conversation about our business plans, we held our first 'Your water, your say' meeting on 19 May 2023.
We were excited to welcome a wide range of customers, community groups and stakeholders from across the region and answer as many questions as possible.
