If paying by Direct Debit is not for you and you would like to pay your bill in instalments, you can do so by setting up a payment plan.

You can then pay your instalments using the PayPoint card that we supply you:

  • PayPoint cards give you the option of paying your bill in full or by instalments at any PayPoint outlet in the UK.
  • When paying at a PayPoint outlet, all you need is your PayPoint card related to your Thames Water account and the amount you need to pay in cash. PayPoint outlets have a cash limit of £149. If you want to make a payment greater than this, you can make multiple transactions. Please keep all receipts and allow 2-3 working days for payments to clear.

To complete this form you will need to provide your:
  • 10-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill)
  • Full name, contact telephone number and the address of the property concerned
  • Alternatively you can register by phone.
