There are two types of grant you can apply for as a Thames Water customer, they are the Customer Assistance Fund and the Thames Water Trust Fund.

As the largest charitable funder of debt advice in our region, the Thames Water Trust Fund is here to:
This year, we’re doubling our donations from £500,000 to £1 million for our non-profit debt advice partners, including Citizens Advice, to help as many people as possible, so we can make sure you always have somewhere to turn if you need support.
