We know it can be tough if you’re falling behind with payments, so we have two types of grant you can apply for to help you catch up - the Customer Assistance Fund and the Thames Water Trust Fund.
We've partnered with Auriga Services, a not-for-profit debt advice provider, to offer one-off grants that could help you clear your previous debts from last year.

As of 30 September 2020, our current lump-sum grant scheme will close. If we receive your application to the Customer Assistance Fund on or before this date, you’ll be considered for the current scheme.
From October, we’ll be taking applications for our new payment matching scheme.

This year, we’re doubling our donations from £500,000 to £1 million for our non-profit debt advice partners, including Citizens Advice, to help as many people as possible, so we can make sure you always have somewhere to turn if you need support.
