We are still working in Clock Tower Mews SE28 following a burst water pipe.
The repair is more complicated than it first seemed due to a gas pipe being very close to our repair.
We have re-routed our network keeping our customers in supply, however it is possible you may experience lower pressure than normal especially for above ground floor flats and high rise properties where the effects of this repair will be noticed more during peak times.
Once this repair is complete you may need to contact your landlord or managing agent to assist with restarting internal pumps.
